Anxiety Symptoms
Anxiety has many names—it can come in the form of anxiety or stress disorders, sleep disorder, and even depression. The severity of anxiety symptoms could range from mild to serious and a patient could suffer from one or more of these signs. A physician is the best person who can truly diagnose whether you are really suffering from anxiety.
The general signs of this disorder are:
• Stiffness, pressure, tension, back pains, inability to move back muscles, or muscle spasms.

• The feeling of passing out or fainting

• Lethargy
• Tension of the muscles which tend to persist

These symptoms are only physical, when it comes to the emotional symptoms, here’s the list:

There are many more different symptoms of anxiety but these are the most prevalent. You don’t have to experience most of these to be diagnosed with anxiety attacks; you can have one symptom and have this disorder.
